Qualifications/Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve production goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience in people management, including training, performance assessment, and maximising output.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety in a factory environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel).
