ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a proactive Client Experience Executive to oversee a diverse portfolio and deliver exceptional service to tenants and owners. In this role, you’ll handle end-to-end property management, while building strong relationships, providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct timely property routine inspections.
- Entry & Exit Reports: Complete detailed entry and exit reports, and property condition assessments.
- Build strong relationships by liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of issues that arise.
- Carry out other related ad-hoc duties, and further associated tasks as required.
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate is a high-level communicator who is customer-centric, proactive, and has:
- Proven experience in property management operations, with a current Real Estate Certificate.
- A solutions-focused professional who cares for residents and is committed to delivering outstanding service.
- Drivers licence & own transport
- Strong in communication skills, including formal notices.
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.
- A team playerwho works well with internal teams and external stakeholders while managing tasks independently.
