About the Position

Maintain and improve core business systems, including student management systems, client portals, LMS and CRM
-
Design, build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
-
Keep systems and processes aligned with RTO regulatory requirements (ASQA, Standards for RTOs)
-
Support internal and external audits with accurate, timely data and documentation
-
Partner with the WorkPac Technology Team and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions
Key Responsibilities

Monitor compliance data to identify risks or gaps early and prevent non-compliance

Maintain compliance registers, records and reporting frameworks
-
Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on training delivery, compliance, performance and funding

Analyse trends and deliver insights that support decision making
-
Provide training and support to users on systems and reporting tools
Skills and Experience Required
-
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or Systems
-
Demonstrated experience in a systems, data or compliance-focused role
-
Advanced Power BI capability, including dashboard development and data modelling
-
Experience in an RTO or regulated environment (highly desirable)
-
Experience with student management systems such as aXcelerate or VETtrak (advantageous)
-
Strong attention to detail, sound problem solving, and clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
