About the Role
This is a varied, people-focused role for someone who is highly organised, genuinely enjoys building relationships, and takes real ownership of the experience they create. As our Franchise and Office Coordinator, you'll sit at the intersection of two important functions. On one side, you'll support the franchise recruitment journey, managing enquiries, maintaining our CRM, and coordinating Discovery Days to ensure every prospective Franchise Partner has a consistent, professional experience. On the other, you'll keep our support office running smoothly, from welcoming visitors and managing facilities through to onboarding new starters and preparing materials for leadership meetings. What You'll Be Doing

Managing incoming franchise enquiries and maintaining accurate records within our CRM
- Coordinating Discovery Days, store visits, interviews, and onboarding activities for prospective Franchise Partners
- Preparing and updating franchise information packs, sales presentations, and promotional materials
- Supporting franchise conferences, regional forums, and L&D events, including agendas, materials, and stakeholder briefings
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience every time
- Managing office facilities, supplies, and access, keeping our support office running smoothly day to day
- Setting up new starters with access, equipment, and a welcoming first day experience
- Coordinating uniform ordering and stock management across the network
- Preparing materials and coordinating logistics for board meetings, franchise partner meetings, and quarterly team meetings
- Maintaining accurate pipeline records and providing regular status updates to the Franchising team
What We're Looking For

Experience in an office administration, coordination, or franchise support role
- Experience managing sales pipelines, workflows, or customer journeys
- CRM experience, ideally HubSpot or Monday.com
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to update professional documents, presentations, and marketing materials
- Strong administrative, computer, and organisational skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Highly organised, process-driven, and confident managing multiple stakeholders
- A personable and engaging communication style with a genuine passion for building relationships
- Warm, welcoming, and service focused, with the ability to make a great first impression
- Proactive, reliable, and takes genuine ownership of responsibilities
