What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality leadership, gaming or wagering environments preferred
- Previous supervisor experience will also be considered
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with cash handling, banking and end-of-night procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate teams during busy service periods
- RLMV & Approved Managers License, RSA & RSG
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends
- Someone who enjoys live sport, pub culture and community-focused venues
