We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join our team at Oilpath Hydraulics in Tonsley, Adelaide.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, managing enquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments. This position is responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing sales orders, preparing quotations, coordinating communication between customers and internal departments, and ensuring orders progress smoothly from enquiry through to dispatch.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Internal Sales Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service while coordinating enquiries and orders from initial contact through to delivery.

Previous experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service or Sales Administration.
Experience using an ERP system would be highly regarded (training will be provided).

Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
