Salary Package: $89,760 - $97,918 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: 2 x Full time, fixed term positions (up to 12 months)

Position overview
The Remuneration and Conditions Team is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of day-to-day processing of payroll, superannuation and taxation matters for all staff at the Australian National University. The team work collaboratively with staff across the Division, College based HR personnel and directly with employees of the University.
- As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the full range of functions associated with processing payroll data, ensuring compliance with conditions of service, superannuation rules, the University’s policies and procedures as well as current/relevant industrial legislation.
- This role has a focus on processing, as well as identifying process improvements for the team. Great customer service skills are a must for this team as they work with a range of stakeholders around the University.
- The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can work with high volumes, while keeping attention to detail. Previous payroll experience will be highly regarded.
