Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Recommend menu items and upsell beverages, food, and specials where appropriate.
- Ensure every drink is presented consistently and meets quality standards.
Coffee & Beverage Preparation
- Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality throughout the day.
- Steam milk to the correct texture and temperature.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to recipes.
- Monitor stock levels of milk, coffee beans, syrups, and other bar supplies.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times.
- Clean espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment according to daily schedules.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety procedures.
Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Assist teammates during busy periods.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a professional workplace culture.
Customer Service Standards
- Greet every customer warmly.
- Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
- Create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to return.

Pay: $24.95 – $44.72 per hour
