We're currently looking for an experienced Certificate III Educator to join our warm, established team at our Auburn service.

About the RoleYou'll play a key role in creating meaningful learning experiences by:
- Supporting and facilitating engaging programs for your group of children
- Creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families and your team
- Observing, documenting and evaluating learning outcomes
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team culture
About YouYou'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working With Children Check
- Knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF
- A warm, nurturing approach to children and families
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
