About the role:
- Supporting the Property Management team
- Conducting open homes and showing properties to prospective tenants
- Responding to tenant enquiries
- Processing tenancy applications
- Onboarding new tenants
- Writing advertisements for marketing of rental properties
- Completing routines
About You:
- Have a background in hospitality, customer service or retail and thrive in a busy work environment
- Enjoy being on the road and interacting with clients
- Have a passion for learning and assisting others
- Must have or willing to gain a Certificate of Registration
- Must have own reliable car and a current drivers license
- Be well presented, efficient, organised and dependable
Skills required:
- Great communicator (In person, phone and emails)
- A Confident & safe driver
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- A professional and pleasant phone manners
