About the Role
Lead a dedicated clinical team where you'll shape high quality care, build a positive team culture and drive service excellence. With autonomy and influence, you'll guide practice, support staff and help deliver outstanding outcomes for patients and the wider community.

About You
You are a confident and collaborative nursing leader who brings strong clinical expertise, a passion for developing others and a commitment to high quality care. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment where leadership, innovation and positive outcomes matter.
- Registered Nurse with current NMBA registration
- Experience in clinical leadership and team management
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Ability to lead change and improve models of care
- Knowledge of safety, quality and healthcare standards
