Human Resources and Administration
· Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees. maintaining payroll records and ensure compliance with Fair Work, Superannuation, ATO, and relevant employment legislation.
· Review and verify employee timesheets prior to payroll processing. Liaise with staff regarding payroll queries and discrepancies and resolve it.
· Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding and offboarding documentation.
· Support HR administration activities and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Finance, Reporting & Compliance
· Prepare customer quote and invoices in Xero in a timely and accurate manner.
· Monitor accounts receivable and follow up outstanding debts in accordance with company procedures.
· Process accounts payable and ensure supplier payments are made within agreed terms.
· Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and general ledger accounts.
· Process journals and maintain accurate financial records in Xero. Allocate receipts and payments accurately within the accounting system.
· Assist in the preparation and lodgement of BAS, payroll tax, superannuation and other statutory obligations.
· Prepare month-end reconciliations and management reports.
- Any other ad hoc tasks relating to Finance and Human Resources.
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
