What this opportunity involves:
As the Facilities Manager, you will be delivering the Facilities Team’s services to operate and maintain the Australia Post Enterprise allocated portfolio, including any designated financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management programs, and to provide support to wider facilities management team administration duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
You’ll be prioritising stakeholder engagement across the business to ensure that service delivery expectations are met without introducing financial or tenure risk.
Location: Based from the parcel sorting site in Minchinbury, NSW.

An Overview of the role:
Proactively develop and manage occupier and client relationships to ensure service delivery expectations are fulfilled
Responsibility for the delivery of customer and property services to a portfolio of buildings
Conduct building inspections and complete reports within governance timeframe for respective portfolio
Maintain compliance with regulations / requirements of client contract and all facilities procedures
Proactively contribute to the effective and efficient operations of portfolio/facilities and share continuous improvement initiatives
Liaise with facilities vendors and coordinate facilities works in conjunctions with JLL PDS account team
Deliver facilities related projects in line with agreed budget or works
Proactive management and monitoring of service outputs to achieve standards against KPI’s and service level targets, report regularly to key stakeholders
Understand the operational and technical requirements of the elements of the site for which JLL is responsible
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities or Trade related fields desirable but not mandatory
Demonstrated aptitude in interpreting and analysing numerical data for reporting
Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical and Electrical system, BMS system) is advantageous
Experience in front and back-office processes is required with strong administrative skills
Strong customer service focus with excellent people skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
Strong PC literacy, ability to manage daily activities by utilising various systems
Demonstrated client reporting and continuous improvement capabilities
Understanding of the provision of reactive maintenance and routine maintenance which requires 24 hour call out / contact requirement across the allocated portfolio
