We are seeking an experienced pest control professional to take ownership of service delivery, ensuring technical standards are met, technicians are supported, and clients continue to receive a premium service.
This is a senior role suited to someone who understands commercial pest control environments and can lead from the front without needing supervision.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing pest control service delivery across commercial contracts
- Maintaining high technical and compliance standards
- Supporting, training, and guiding field technicians
- Conducting inspections, quotes, audits, and quality checks
- Managing client relationships from a technical and service perspective
- Stepping into field work when required to support the team
- Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and systems
You’ll be provided with a fully equipped company vehicle, phone, iPad, uniforms, tools, and support.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial pest control
- Current timber pest licence
- Strong understanding of compliance, auditing, and client expectations
- Proven ability to lead technicians and maintain standards
- Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
- Organised, practical, and solutions‑focused
- Experience in bird control, proofing, or leadership roles will be highly regarded.
- Good written skills
