Role Snapshot
- Flexible shifts available between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Consistent client demand and established booking systems
- Supportive leadership team and structured workplace processes

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality relaxation, deep tissue, and wellness treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Provide warm, professional, and client-focused service throughout the customer journey
- Support client retention and rebooking through exceptional treatment experiences
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms efficiently between appointments
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment for clients and colleagues
About You
- Confident hands-on massage skills with a genuine passion for client care
- Massage qualification obtained in Australia or internationally
- Remedial Massage qualifications are highly regarded but not essential
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards of practice
For contractor engagements, you will require:
- Current ABN
- Appropriate professional insurance coverage
- Relevant work rights in Australia
