The Opportunity
Reporting to the HRBP, the Human Resources Advisor plays a key role in delivering trusted HR support across a diverse and operationally focused workforce. This is a true generalist role where you will partner with leaders, provide practical employee relations advice, support workforce initiatives, and help ensure our people practices are compliant, effective and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and practical HR advice to managers and employees on workplace matters, policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

Assist with policy development, review, and implementation

Assist with disciplinary processes and documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements.

Support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of strategic HR initiatives and organisational change programs.

Participate in HR projects aimed at improving employee experience, processes, and business outcomes.

Analyse workforce data and provide insights to support decision-making and workforce planning.

Support managers with workforce management processes, organisational changes, and restructuring activities.

Assist in the implementation of people initiatives aligned with business objectives and site operational needs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employment Relations or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

3–5 years' experience in a Human Resources Advisor or similar generalist HR role.

Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards and HR best practices.

Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters and providing advice to leaders.

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
