In the role of Senior HR Advisor, you will provide professional advice, guidance and project support to help deliver TMR's people priorities. Working within the Organisational Communication team, you will develop contemporary internal communication solutions, improve digital content and strengthen stakeholder relationships across the department.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- The ability to think strategically and provide advice, planning, and support to colleagues on a broad range of organisational communication initiatives including leadership messaging, internal campaigns, events, and digital and online channels.
- Lead, manage and contribute to multiple projects using a partnering model to meet time, cost and quality criteria while managing client expectations, within a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of emerging digital trends, technologies and web writing styles and support the development of team members, peers and customers to build internal capability in these areas.
- Research and analyse customer intranet behaviour and provide options to relevant stakeholders to produce content for the audience..
- Demonstrate strong writing and editing skills to develop and review written content for a broad range of internal stakeholders across different platforms and channels.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder, supplier and customer relationships, through development of networks, facilitation of workshops and working groups and implementation of appropriate engagement strategies to support communication initiatives.
- As a senior team member, model behaviours and attitudes which align with departmental and public service values and the Eight Ways We Work Customer First Program.
Highly desirable requirements:
- Exceptional written communication, copywriting and editing and web writing experience.
- Technical skills and experience in SharePoint, Survey Monkey, Vision6 and Swoop Analytics.
- A relevant degree in business including HRM, information, communication and technology, journalism or marketing will be highly regarded.
- Agile project management knowledge and experience.
