Customs & Freight Operations Coordinator
We are a growing transport and freight forwarding company based in Punchbowl, NSW, looking for an experienced customs and freight operations person to join our team.
The role includes customs clearance coordination, import/export documentation, liaising with shipping lines, transport companies, overseas agents and customers, as well as supporting daily freight operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in Australian customs clearance and freight forwarding
- Familiar with ICS, CargoWise, 1-Stop or similar systems
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping procedures
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Experience with DAFF/Biosecurity processes is preferred

Pay: $49,900.00 – $98,820.09 per year
