5. Functional Excellence — Facilities
You keep the club safe, operational and running smoothly — ensuring all equipment, systems and environments are well maintained and fit for use.
Key accountabilities include:
Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs accurately and in a timely manner
Follow all facilities, safety and compliance standards, routines and procedures
Maintain equipment, plant and club infrastructure to a high standard
Monitor and respond to faults, hazards or risks, taking action or escalating where required
Support preventative maintenance routines to minimise downtime and disruption
Maintain strong attention to detail across all back-of-house and member-facing areas
Keep maintenance records, logs and reporting up to date and accurate
Work closely with the wider team to ensure the club operates safely and efficiently
Take ownership of tasks from identification through to resolution
To land this gig… and your ongoing mindset
You have >1 year of relevant experience and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.
You have aligned experience. You know what it’s like to work with a high-profile consumer brand and thrive on hands-on maintenance, fixing issues and keeping everything in top working order. You may also have some trade experience. A+ for you
