Our Speech Pathologists are supported by Allied Health Assistants who implement therapy programs under your clinical guidance, allowing you to focus on assessments, therapy planning, reviews, clinical decision-making and achieving meaningful participant outcomes.
About the Role
Working primarily with children and young people accessing the NDIS, you will:
- Complete speech, language and communication assessments.
- Develop individualised therapy plans and functional goals.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy.
- Complete assessments, therapy plans, progress reports and NDIS documentation.
- Monitor participant progress and adjust therapy programs.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to Allied Health Assistants.
- Collaborate with families, schools, support coordinators and other allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and NDIS standards.
About You
You will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility to obtain).
- Excellent assessment, report writing and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based care.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited Australian university, or an overseas qualification recognised by Speech Pathology Australia.
- Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligibility to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
