Join Crown Perth's culinary team and bring your passion for quality food and exceptional guest experiences to a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation and safety. Experience in buffet restaurants, staff canteens or large-scale catering operations is highly regarded.
What You'll Bring
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) with strong post-apprenticeship experience.
- Experience in high-volume kitchen operations, ideally within buffet, staff dining or large-scale catering environments.
- Strong food safety, kitchen operations and stock management knowledge.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential , with the ability to support, mentor and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience preparing authentic Indian cuisine is highly sought after.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes while managing your designated kitchen section.
- Support daily production, inventory control and food safety compliance
- Contribute to a positive team culture by leading by example and supporting junior chefs to achieve operational excellence.
