The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services. The role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution across digital platforms and product marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns
- Manage and grow digital channels including social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Coordinate development of marketing materials such as catalogues, brochures, and product documentation
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance to optimise marketing outcomes
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Assist with website content management and updates
- Liaise with internal teams to align marketing with sales and operational activities
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, market research, or campaign coordination
- Experience in solar industry, trades or related industries is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and contribute to marketing strategy development
- Experience coordinating marketing activities across digital and offline channels
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing or CRM systems
- Experience working with diverse client groups or international markets will be considered favorably.
Pay: $50,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
