Play a pivotal role in supporting senior nursing and midwifery leadership within one of NSW's largest health services. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Executive Assistant to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare environment while working alongside influential leaders.
About the Opportunity
Join a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare leadership environment where you will provide high-level executive support to the Director of Nursing and Midwifery, contributing to the delivery of quality health services across Gosford and Wyong Hospitals.
In this role you will:
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the Director's office.
- Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and maintain executive correspondence, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.
- Prepare high-quality reports, business documents, agendas, minutes and other key communications.
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders, managers and stakeholders to support effective service delivery.
- Exercise initiative and sound judgement to prioritise competing demands, solve problems and maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.

About You
You are a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting senior leaders, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Extensive experience providing executive-level administrative support, with a strong commitment to confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and balancing competing priorities.
- Strong skills in preparing professional documents, reports, agendas and meeting minutes, with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and meet deadlines in a high-volume, complex environment.
