ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing the administrative function of Haz-Ed - spanning both our training division and our roof safety division and supporting other areas of the business. You'll work directly alongside the Director, acting as the operational backbone of the business. If you want ownership, accountability, autonomy and variety - this is it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and coordinate the admin team across the divisions of the business
- Work directly with the Director - supporting decision-making, managing priorities, and keeping operations on track
- Oversee compliance documentation, scheduling, client correspondence, and RTO administration requirements
- Own the admin workflow end-to-end, from quoting and invoicing through to job file management
- Support financial administration including accounts and reporting
- Identify gaps, build processes, and back yourself to act without being asked
- Handle whatever comes through the door - this role is diverse

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Proven experience in an admin leadership or senior office management role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Confidence with business software - Xero, MS Office, or similar platforms
- Experience in construction, WHS, trades, or an RTO environment (highly regarded)
- A background in accounting or finance - bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or financial reporting ★ highly sought after
- Excellent written and verbal communication - you represent us professionally
- A track record of stepping up, not just showing up
