ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: Kilcoy,QLD
To deliver IT support (Tier 1-3 Technical Support) within the Help Desk function of the IT team. Consistently delivering high value and responsive Help Desk activities to support the transactional and operational functions and have a direct impact on business outcomes through facilitating the optimal use of IT resources.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Being the first point of contact for all IT support on site.
- Responsible for IT maintenance and efficient operation across all IT functions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate as required.
- Assist with onboarding new staff from a technical perspective.
- Manage service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintaining system and data security.
- Supporting end users with issues around Passwords and IT Systems.
- Reviewing printers, security cameras and other IT Systems.
- Building relationships with people in the business.
Roster
Blue/Orange 4am- 4pm
4 days on 5 off followed by 5 days on 4 days off (this roster includes weekend work).
ABOUT YOU
- Ideally 1 – 3 years experiences working in a technical support role
- Unlimited working rights within Australia
- Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Own transport or reliable means of getting to work
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever
