Description:
Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administrative support of the department, helping to maintain the school’s regulatory records and ensuring documentation is accurate, up to date, and audit-ready.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Documentation & Data Management
Maintaining accurate digital and physical compliance records
Collecting, filing, and tracking mandatory documentation and expiry dates
Updating compliance trackers related to staff training, incidents, and complaints
Monitoring policy review dates and assisting with government returns
Preparing administrative files for audits and inspections
Coordination & Scheduling
Monitoring departmental deadlines and statutory return dates
Coordinating venues and materials for mandatory compliance and wellbeing workshops
Supporting diary management, correspondence, and document follow-up
Sending timely reminders to stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
Wellbeing Team Support
Assisting with calendar coordination and documentation related to in-school health services
Skills and Experiences:
You are a calm, reliable, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured environment. You bring:
Previous experience in a similar administrative or compliance-related role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of record keeping
Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a team
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and/or Google Suite
A collaborative mindset with a “we, not me” approach
