1. Store Operations
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness standards
2. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and roster retail staff
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and leadership
- Ensure staff comply with company policies and customer service standards
3. Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier coordination
- Monitor inventory turnover and minimize stock loss or shrinkage
- Conduct regular stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies
4. Financial Management
- Prepare budgets, track expenses, and control costs
- Handle cash flow, banking, and financial reporting
- Analyse sales data and generate performance reports
5. Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Develop strategies to improve customer experience and retention
6. Business Development
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Identify market trends and adjust product offerings accordingly
- Liaise with senior management on business growth strategies
7. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
- Follow retail laws, licensing, and company procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Education:
- Masters Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail management: 1 year (Preferred)
