Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Engineering and Construction division on a new Wind Farm construction project in the Pilbara, for a major mining client. It's a new technology platform, first of its kind to be built in Australia, starting with a 17 turbine pilot and potential for the project to scale significantly.
This is a fixed term opportunity on a FIFO 2:1 roster

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with planning and scheduling, project material coordinators and construction staff to establish priorities, sequences, and required delivery dates.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered and stored according to Company procedures.
- Review and maintain material receiving reports against shipping documents to verify that material has been received, initiating follow-up actions when required.

Provide advice, service support, technical or functional information to business partners and customers.
- Answer queries from client representatives regarding expediting issues and resolve any areas of concern.
What you’ll bring:
- Wind industry experience is NOT essential, we're more interested in your logistics and laydown management experience.
- Experience within the construction industry environment is preferred but other industrial and commercial experience can substitute. Minimum 3-5 years logistics/materials experience.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills to achieve timelines, plan and schedule deliveries.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft office skills (Excel/Word), Primivera, JDE
