Internal Sales Coordinator| Metroll Brisbane
Metroll is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of quality metal building products, servicing residential, commercial and industrial markets nationwide. We’re currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join our Brisbane team.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with the Sales Manager and external sales team, playing a key part in driving customer engagement, supporting projects, and ensuring seamless order delivery.
About the Role
In this role, you will:

Provide day-to-day support to the external sales team and key account customers

Generate account proposals and assist with pricing submissions

Maintain and update customer price books
-
Track commercial projects and support pipeline visibility

Manage lead collection and pre-qualification of opportunities
-
Follow up on trade account quotes to drive conversion

Prepare commercial orders including sequencing, load planning and transport bookings

Support the quoting team with timely and accurate information

Work with patio and shed software to assist customers with product solutions

Confidently engage with existing customers and conduct outbound sales calls

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in internal sales, sales support or customer service

Confidence in making outbound sales calls and building relationships

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail, particularly with pricing and order preparation

Experience in steel, rollforming or building materials industry highly regarded

A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
