This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive and passionate LiveBig team!
- Full-time & Permanent role
- Flexible location across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth and a national remit within LiveBig
- Coordinate and continuously improve national NDIS referral pathways, ensuring efficient, compliant and client‑centred processes across allied health services
- Act as the central point of contact for referral and client enquiries, gathering and accurately documenting client information, therapy needs, goals and required consent/documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, referral partners, clients and their families/carers to support access to and promotion of LiveBig services
- Support CRM, business development, marketing and brand initiatives, representing LiveBig at meetings and events, identifying service gaps and opportunities for improvement in line with quality and compliance standards

About you!
- Demonstrated experience in a customer or client services role within an NDIS‑focused or disability services organisation
- Strong working knowledge of allied health services, the disability and community sectors, and NDIS processes and compliance requirements
- Highly developed customer service orientation with experience in service agreements and NDIS invoicing requirements
- Strong communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to balance client advocacy and organisational priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, outcomes‑focused and team‑based environment
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Holds (or is eligible to obtain) a valid Working With Children Check and National Police Check
