Forward Focus Australia is currently looking for a motivated experienced and qualified mental health support worker to join our team support our participants living in Frankston .
We are a small team specialising in mental health services . The team culture is positive and supportive and we are dedicated to our work.
You will be expected to work independently with your participant's multidisciplinary team , maintain accurate documentation and represent Forward Focus Australia's person centred values at all times.
Renumeration is according to the Schads award ,taking experience and qualifications into account.
A full driver's license, comprehensive car insurance and access to a car is a necessity.
NDIS worker clearance is essential and First Aid Certificate. Immediate start available for the right candidate.
