About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join either our Northern Sydney team (based in Turramurra) or Western Sydney team (based in Baulkham Hills), supporting families across surrounding communities.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with children, young people, and families to set goals, develop strategies, and support meaningful outcomes
- Build independence in daily living skills, including self-care, routines, sensory processing, play, motor skills, emotional regulation, and participation
- Deliver person- and family-centred, strengths-based occupational therapy across NDIS and grant-funded caseloads
- Contribute to group programs such as school transition, toilet training, play-based groups, and social skills programs
- Develop specialist interests including assistive technology, minor home modifications, and sensory/emotional regulation
- Provide supervision and support to students or junior clinicians (as applicable)
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services
About You – Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration and at least 4 years’ experience working with children and young people
- Strong interest or experience in strengths-based, person- and family-centred practice
- Experience in assistive technology (desirable)
- Strong organisational and digital literacy skills
- Understanding of inclusive practice and diverse communities
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Valid WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
