Lugarno Seafood Restaurant is looking for wait staff to join our team, full-time. Any level of experience welcome — from those just starting out in hospitality to seasoned professionals.
What You'll Do
- Greet and seat guests, take food and beverage orders, and deliver attentive table service throughout the dining experience
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, particularly our seafood offerings
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate service
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the dining room
- Manage guest concerns professionally, escalating where needed
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, professional manner and genuine interest in hospitality
- Ability to work well under pressure during peak service
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends
- RSA is required.
