About the role
We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Production Operators to join our Wetherill Park site. This is a full-time opportunity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering strong earning potential and long-term career development.
Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating plant equipment and ensuring consistent, high-quality production output.
Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off, with 12-hour shifts. The shifts rotate between day (06:00-18:00) and night (18:00-06:00).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating fixed and mobile plant equipment
- Producing materials to required quality standards
- Performing routine quality checks and inspections
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and reporting faults
- Forklift operation including loading/unloading and staging materials
- Completing pre-start safety checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Contributing to continuous improvement and safety initiatives
What you bring to the role
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Experience in manufacturing / production environment (preferred)
- Strong commitment to health & safety
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating day/night roster
