Vetcall Ashmore is looking for an experienced Client Care Coordinator to join our front-of-house team while we cover maternity leave. For the right person, there is the opportunity for this role to become a permanent position.

About the role
Our Client Care Coordinators are a huge part of our patients’ journey. You’ll be the friendly face and calm voice helping clients feel supported from their first phone call through to their pet’s visit.
Your days will include:

Welcoming clients and their pets into the clinic.

Managing appointments and phone enquiries.

Supporting admissions and discharges.

Assisting clients with preventative healthcare options.

Working closely with our vets and nursing team.

Keeping the day running smoothly (even when we have a few more surprises than planned!).
About you
We’re looking for someone who:

Has previous veterinary reception experience.

Enjoys being part of a team and isn’t afraid to lend a hand.

Has excellent communication skills and a genuine love for helping people.

Can stay calm, organised and compassionate in a busy environment.

Takes pride in providing exceptional client service.

Enjoys learning, contributing ideas and being part of a clinic that is always improving.
