We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee daily factory operations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising production activities to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will lead production staff, monitor workflow, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage factory employees to achieve production targets.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Coordinate workflow between machining, assembly, and dispatch teams.
- Manage production schedules to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Assist with staff training, performance management, and development.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Work collaboratively with management to achieve operational objectives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, or Team Leader role.
- Experience within cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, woodworking, joinery, or a related manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.

Pay: $59,842.76 – $113,741.05 per year
