We're on the hunt for a casual pizza maker to help us craft the mouth-watering Pizza.
Key Duties:
- Pizza prep, stretching, cooking in our oven
- Rolling fresh dough using our slow-fermentation method
- Able to follow instructions
- General prep across our growing menu (pastas, schnitzels, sides)
- Helping with day-to-day operations
- Stock ordering, Kitchen Hygiene, WHS and record.
Who We're Looking for:
- A can-do attitude, willingness to learn on the job, and love of hospitality.
- A good communicator and reliable under fast-paced environments.
Requirements:
- Formal Qualification (Certificate III Commercial Cookery) is desirable but not essential if you have strong kitchen experience
- 1 year experience
- Food Safety Certificate (Level 1) - required
- Driver's License desirable
- Must be available for at least two evening weekend and one weekend evening.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 KG regularly.
- Good Communication
Pay: $24.95 – $30.00 per hour
