About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves providing in-home and community support to NDIS participants, helping them achieve their goals, build independence, and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and daily living assistance.
- Supporting clients in community access, appointments, and recreational activities.
- Assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation and light cleaning.
- Encouraging independence, social participation, and skill-building.
- Following individual support plans and reporting progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in disability or aged care (preferred but not essential).
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or equivalent (desirable).
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
- A caring, patient, and respectful approach.
