About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Officers to join our dynamic inbound national contact centre team based in West Footscray. In this rewarding role, you will be the vital first point of contact—providing high-quality, empathetic service to vulnerable community members, suppliers, and business partners via phone and email.
This is a full-time position offering the peace of mind to plan your life, with a stable rotating roster set three months in advance.
What You Will Do
- Compassionate Support: Act as a reliable, empathetic voice for vulnerable individuals, ensuring they receive respectful and high-quality assistance.
- Inquiry & Order Management: Apply strong attention to detail to process orders and resolve customer inquiries accurately.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive workplace relationships with your team to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Safe & Compliant Practice: Follow individual support frameworks to ensure all customer interactions are handled safely, securely, and ethically.
Roster & Hours
- Operational Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- We offer Full-time hours on a rotating roster, locked in 3 months in advance so you can maintain a great work-life balance.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need;
- A genuine desire to provide a high-quality customer experience and improve someone’s quality of life through excellent service.
- Prior customer service experience (ideally within a contact centre or community/care environment).
- Accurate data entry skills and the ability to manage complex inquiries efficiently.
- Natural warmth and the ability to build quick rapport with diverse range of individuals.
- NDIS knowledge or prior experience within aged care or nursing is favourable
