We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive HR, Compliance & Data Entry Assistant to join our team.
This is a varied role supporting HR, compliance, supplier management, data entry and general office administration. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating in English, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable following up tasks through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with HR administration and employee records
- Support the onboarding of new employees
- Assist with NDIS and office compliance, documentation and record keeping
- Use Employment Hero (EH) for HR administration and employee management
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate internal records
- Contact suppliers and complete regular follow-ups
- Answer and manage calls and enquiries from suppliers and service providers
- Maintain and update supplier information and compliance documentation
- Assist with service-related follow-ups and collect feedback when required
- Manage purchasing portals and place orders
- Confirm and follow up deliveries and dispatches
- Complete credit card reconciliations, including receipts and expense records
- Maintain organised electronic files and documentation
- Assist management with general administrative, HR and compliance tasks as required
Skills & Experience
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience using Employment Hero (EH)
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using online portals, databases and digital filing systems
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees, suppliers and external providers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up outstanding tasks
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- Previous experience in HR, administration, compliance or data entry
- Experience within the NDIS/disability sector is highly regarded
Requirements & Availability
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness/eligibility to obtain one
- Australian working rights
- Availability to work 4 days per week
- The position will initially commence on a Casual part-time basis
- Opportunity to progress into a permanent time position based on performance and business needs

You are organised, responsible and proactive. You enjoy working with people, keeping records accurate and making sure tasks are followed through. You are comfortable communicating with employees, suppliers and service providers and can confidently manage different administrative priorities.
