Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll/ Administration Officer to join the Human Resources team at HVO, on a part-time basis. Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, this role is responsible for providing data-entry support for the payroll function and assist with a range of HR administrative duties.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of all timesheets across the site
Weekly payroll reporting to proactively identify issues and errors and correct them
Responding to employee queries, including queries relating to pay
Assisting the HR Department with day-to-day administrative requirements including maintenance of employee personnel files, processing employee changes in the HRIS system, general admin support.

About You
Previous Payroll and/ or HR admin experience is essential
Have excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong computer skills, SAP experience is desirable but not essential
High attention to detail
Excellent planning and organisation skills
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and works well in a team environment
