About the role
BioMedica is looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help bring our practitioner-only brand to life across digital, print and educational communications.
Working closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and broader Marketing and Education teams, the role will deliver a diverse range of creative projects spanning social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, practitioner education, product launches, trade advertising, distributor communications and printed collateral.
This is a hands-on role suited to a designer with a strong eye, excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance creative thinking with efficient execution. Working within a regulated healthcare environment, accuracy and consistency are as important as strong design.

- Create engaging print, digital and social media content that brings the BioMedica brand to life across multiple channels and markets.
- Design a wide range of marketing and sales materials, including campaigns, educational resources, promotional collateral and social content.
- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality artwork from idea through to production.
Prepare accurate, press-ready artwork, including appropriate use of CMYK, bleed, crop marks, image resolution and print specifications.
Maintain accuracy across detailed and data-heavy materials including price lists, tables, catalogues and product information.
- Manage version control and ensure final approved artwork is correctly archived
Respond constructively to changing priorities and accommodate urgent projects when required.
Deliver work accurately and within agreed timelines.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work while maintaining brand consistency and meeting deadlines. A collaborative and adaptable team player, you welcome feedback, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine interest in health, science and natural medicine.
- Approximately 3–5 years' professional graphic design experience, ideally within an in-house brand (with a strong design portfolio).
- Degree qualified
- Advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Sound understanding of print production and preparation of CMYK artwork.
- Experience creating digital and social media assets across multiple platforms.
- Video editing and motion-design capability using Premiere Pro and/or Cap cut or similar platforms.
- Strong typography, layout, composition and image-selection skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently within established brand guidelines.
- Experience with information-rich documents, tables and detailed production artwork.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Experience using Asana or another project-management platform would be advantageous.
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, complementary medicine, nutrition or other regulated-industry experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
