CoreCast is a WA-owned manufacturer of precast concrete and tilt-up panels supplying commercial construction projects across Perth and regional WA. With a strong pipeline of commercial panel packages, we're hiring an experienced Project Manager to own project delivery across our jobs, working directly with the company directors.
The role
You'll manage CoreCast projects end to end — programme, budget, and client and supplier coordination:
- Run precast supply packages from contract award through manufacture, transport and delivery
- Contract administration: subcontract management, correspondence, variations and EOTs
- Project financials: per-job budgets, cost tracking and forecasting
- Prepare and manage progress claims
- Manage the shop drawing process: coordinating detailers, tracking builder approvals, overseeing drawing review
- Project and supplier procurement: sourcing suppliers, establishing accounts and purchase terms
- Support quoting and estimating: drawing review and take-off support
- Build and improve project delivery systems and processes as the business scales
- Direct client contact with builders, contract administrators and estimators across concurrent projects
About you
- Demonstrated project management experience in precast concrete manufacturing — essential. Applicants without precast industry experience will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of precast/tilt panel production, lifting, transport and delivery sequencing
- Experience administering construction subcontracts (AS 4901 or similar) including claims, variations and EOTs
- Ability to read structural drawings and manage shop drawing workflows with detailers and builders
- Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control
- Tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
