We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Social Worker who combines advanced clinical expertise with strong leadership skills. You will be confident managing complex cases, supporting vulnerable patients and families, and influencing service delivery through education, consultation and innovation.

Demonstrated advanced social work assessment, counselling and clinical reasoning skills, particularly within complex health, oncology or haematology settings.

Proven ability to work independently and provide specialist consultation, guidance and education to clinicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Strong leadership capabilities with experience in clinical supervision, mentoring and supporting professional development of staff and students.

Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and research, with the ability to drive initiatives that improve patient care and service outcomes.
