THE REQUIREMENTS

THE RESPONSIBILITIES
General cleaning duties, including some or all of:
- vacuuming,
- mopping,
- wiping,
- dusting,
- removal of waste,
- waste collection and disposal,
- high pressure cleaning,
- general gardening and outdoor cleaning duties.
THE SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proactive, positive, energetic with a can- do attitude
- Organized and attention to detail
- Physically fit and willingness to work onsite
- Team player and problem solver
- Cleaning Experience
- Admin experience and computer savvy (not necessary but helpful)
- Current DL & police clearance

Pay: $69,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
