Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire FOH staff (servers, hosts, baristas ). Foster a positive, high-energy work culture.
- Guest Experience: Oversee the dining room floor during service, proactively engaging with guests and resolving any issues with grace.
- Operations: Manage reservations, floor plans, and POS systems to ensure smooth seating and pacing.
- Financial Oversight: Manage labor costs, monitor inventory, and assist with daily reporting and cash handling.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, and safety.
What You Bring
- Experience: 4+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you know how to talk to both a busy kitchen line and a VIP guest.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., IMPOS) and reservation platforms (e.g., Sevenrooms).
- Flexibility: Availability to weekends, and holidays—the times when the magic happens.
- Problem-Solving: A "cool under pressure" attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
- Must be available on weekends.
