You must be available for the following hours:
- Wednesday: 3.30pm to 7.30pm
- Thursday: 9.00am to 7.30pm
- Sunday: 9.00am to 2.00pm

We are offering Permanent Full Part-Time 18.5 hours per week (mix of mornings, evenings and weekends).
Please note: scope to increase to full time hours as case load builds

- AHPRA registration, insurance and Medicare Provider Number
- Reliable transportation
- Entitled to work in Australia without restrictions
