This role is a performance-based earning potential. Individuals who consistently achieve performance targets may earn approximately USD/AUD/CA equivalent of $10,000–$15,000 per month. Actual earnings vary based on individual effort, performance, and business results and are not guaranteed.

About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and self-driven Professional Development Mentor to join our growing remote team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, values continuous learning, and is comfortable working independently while following established systems and processes.
As a Professional Development Mentor, you'll engage with prospective clients, provide information about our personal development programs, answer general questions, and guide interested individuals through our structured discovery process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective leads.
- Share information about our personal development programs.
- Guide prospective clients through the discovery process.
- Attend scheduled Zoom meetings and online training sessions.
- Participate in ongoing personal and professional development.
- Use AI tools and digital technology to improve productivity and communication.
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive remote team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Eligible to work in Australia, the United States, or the European Union.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, coaching, mentoring, education, or business development is desirable but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
- Comfortable using online communication platforms and digital technology.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Work Schedule
This position offers flexibility. Due to our international client base and team, applicants should be available to work a combination of morning and evening hours as needed to support meetings and business activities across multiple time zones.
