Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and manage IT projects from start to finish
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate developers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders
- Monitor progress, risks, and project issues
- Ensure quality delivery and business alignment
- Manage documentation and reporting
- Lead Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Communicate with clients and senior management
- Manage vendors and third-party providers
- Support testing and implementation phases
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in IT or software projects
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/PRINCE2
- Tools: Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Trello
- Risk management and problem-solving ability
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master
