About the Role
As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide in each client's aesthetic journey — from their very first enquiry through to their treatment results. You'll combine your industry knowledge with warm, attentive service to assess client needs, recommend suitable treatment pathways, and ensure every visit feels effortless and professional.
This is a client-facing role suited to someone who genuinely loves the aesthetics industry, takes pride in building lasting client relationships, and thrives in a polished, fast-paced clinic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and handling enquiries warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
- Conducting skin consultations to understand each client's concerns, conditions, and aesthetic goals
- Developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with our clinical team
- Educating clients on treatments, aftercare, and realistic outcomes so they feel informed and confident
- Managing appointment scheduling, rebookings, and follow-ups to keep clients on track with their treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate, detailed client records and consultation notes
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, including front-of-house duties
- Upholding all relevant health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the cosmetic or aesthetic industry
- Fluency in Korean or Thai, in addition to English
- Sound knowledge of cosmetic treatments, skin conditions, and current industry best practices
You'll also bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and put clients at ease
- A consultative, client-first approach — you listen before you recommend
- Strong attention to detail and consistently high standards of service
- A genuine passion for aesthetics and helping clients feel confident in their own skin
- Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude
